It’s the 1930s. Marie Jones, a young woman from a wealthy family in England has been sent to India to stay with her aunt in order to find a suitable match, but within the year Marie is found to be missing.

Her lost journal is finally discovered under the floorboards of a local dwelling by an heir hunter. As the last known living relative of the family line, the journal falls into your possession.

With the help of regular discoveries from the Indian based heir hunter, it’s up to you to fathom out what happened. Why was she killed... and what secrets did she discover?

ABOUT THE SERIES

An Inheritance of Murder was the first storyline created by CosyKiller, a thrilling tale that spans across India, following the events of the life of Marie Jones and the sorrow that surrounds her life. 

In your package you’ll receive various news articles and trinkets from the time, ciphers and hints pointing you towards the truth, diaries and letters, and personalised letters  explaining how the investigation has been going so far.

Ciphers used within it include: Letter Substitution, Knock Code, Vigenère, steganography, and a one time cipher.
