***USA update 23/10/25: Customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes in addition to our listed fee above. You will receive an email to pay those additional duties and taxes directly from the fulfilment company. After they receive payment, they will release the games for shipment to you. Please allow extra time for your delivery.

Customs Friendly EU Shipping!

We send our games to the EU via a DDP method (delivery duties paid). This means that there should not be any additional customs/import fees to receive your parcel.

Delivery Time

Working with our partners, we aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days.

UK packages are sent via a 48-hour service.

International customers should allow up to 31 days for delivery, from the date of dispatch.

If, after 31 days from the date of dispatch, your order has not been received, a full refund can be offered.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return your package you must contact us by email within 14 days of receipt. Once we have received your return we will process a refund for the full cost of the item(s). Please note: we cannot refund games that have been opened.
