Shipping Information

In general, we try to discount our shipping if you spend more with us. But to calculate your real shipping prices, please go through the checkout process.

*** Important information for USA Customers

Goods are shipped from the UK. Tariffs will be applied at the prevailing rate by US customs, and these will be charged via a service called MARK3 to you. You will receive an email ahead of delivery from MARK3 with a link to pay. (Consider adding noreply@mk3i.com to your safe email list so that you do not miss the email). You can also pay via the link in the DPD tracking app. The Email from MARK3 is usually sent within 1-2 days of the order pushing through to DPD.

Failure to pay the duties in time will result in the shipment failing and being returned to us. At that point, you will need to pay for postage again should you wish to receive your parcel. We can not refund failed postage fees due to customers not paying the tariffs. 

Please allow extra time for your delivery.

Customs Friendly EU Shipping!

We send our games to the EU via a DDP method (delivery duties paid). This means that there should not be any additional customs/import fees to receive your parcel.

Delivery Time

Working with our partners, we aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days.

UK packages are sent via a 48-hour service.

International customers should allow up to 31 days for delivery, from the date of dispatch.

If, after 31 days from the date of dispatch, your order has not been received, a full refund can be offered.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return your package you must contact us by email within 14 days of receipt. Once we have received your return we will process a refund for the full cost of the item(s). Please note: we cannot refund games that have been opened.
