Royal Mail 'Cyber Incident' January 2023

The courier we use to export items internationally, Royal Mail, are currently facing severe delays to international shipments due to a 'cyber incident'.

Please be aware that any international orders made will take longer than usual to arrive.

Delivery of our games to the UK and EU are unaffected.


Customs Friendly EU Shipping!

We send our games to the EU via a DDP method (delivery duties paid). This means that there should not be any additional customs/import fees to receive your parcel.


Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working week. Dispatching of orders to EU may take longer than this, due to our use of a third-party shipper to send these items via a DDP method.

UK packages are sent via a 48-hour service.

International customers should allow up to 31 days for delivery, from the date of dispatch.

If, after 31 days from the date of dispatch, your order has not been received, a full refund will be given.


Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return your package you must contact us by email within 14 days of receipt. Once we have received your return we will process a refund for the full cost of the item(s). Please note: we cannot refund games that have been opened.
