Holidays 2022 Shipping and Support

If you are planning on purchasing our games for Christmas gifts, please be aware that Royal Mail are experiencing some disruption to their services, due to a combination of their Christmas workload and strike action. It's important to order your games as early as possible to best avoid disappointment.
We ship to the UK via 2nd class post, and internationally (except the EU) using International Tracked so please explore the Royal Mail website for details of how long this might take to arrive. For customers in the EU, we use a third party shipper - more details can be found on our Shipping Page.
We usually ship our games within seven days of receiving your order, so please factor this in when making your order.
To keep the price of our games as low as possible for you, we do not offer tracking on domestic orders.
Our games travel in branded mailing boxes - so plan accordingly if you want to avoid spoiling a surprise.
Just like many of you, we will be taking some time off over Christmas to rest and recover, phew! Therefore, the last day we will ship games is 19th December 2022. Any games ordered on or after the 19th December will not be shipped until we return from our break around the 5th January 2023.

We will be closed from 20th December 2022 until 5th January 2023. We will endeavour to reply to all emails as quickly as possible once we reopen, however please do be patient.
