Christmas 2020 Shipping and Support

If you are planning on purchasing our games for Christmas gifts, please be aware that Royal Mail are experiencing severe disruptions to their services, due to their Christmas workload and Coronavirus. Its important to order your games as early as possible to best avoid disappointment.

We ship to the UK via 2nd class post, and internationally using International Standard so please explore the Royal Mail website for details of how long this might take to arrive.

We usually ship our games within seven days of receiving your order, so please factor this in when making your order.

To keep the price of our games as low as possible for you, we do not offer tracking.

Our games travel in branded mailing boxes - so plan accordingly if you want to avoid spoiling a surprise.

Just like many of you, we will be taking some time off over Christmas to rest and recover, in anticipation of Season Two, woo! Therefore, the last day we will ship games is 18th December 2020. Any games ordered on or after the 18th December will not be shipped until we return from our break around the 30th December 2020.

We will be closed from 19th December until 29th December. We will endeavour to reply to all emails as quickly as possible once we reopen, however please do be patient.
